Service Description / Overview

A service which provides in-home nursing and treatment by nursing staff. Services include administering medications or injections, wound care, medication supervision, personal care, and monitoring of post acute care clients.

Additional Information

8.00 am - 9.00 pm, Mon - Fri, & 8.00 am - 6.30 pml, Sat & Sun. An out of hours service is available on a nursing needs basis, by arrangement.
